We were delighted to receive funding from Community Foundation Ireland to undertake a CBAP for the Kingdom of Kerry Greenway. This involved a survey of biodiversity along the route by an ecologist and community workshops to identify measures which could support biodiversity along the Greenway.
Two workshops and a survey of members of the public with support from MTU Business students resulted in a report and list of biodiversity actions that can be accessed from the National Biodiversity Data Centre. A further grant has been awarded by Community Foundation Ireland to implement this plan.
