OUR VISION

Our vision for Tralee is an inclusive, interconnected and climate-resilient place.

We support citizens to take responsibility for keeping the town beautiful, vibrant and biodiverse, through fostering a strong sense of community, place and heritage.

About Us

Tralee Tidy Towns creates and supports local opportunities for civic engagement as part of the national Tidy Town movement. By bringing together diverse groups of people through our heritage, town enhancement and sustainability projects, we are building spaces for people to share and assimilate opinions, values, and ideas of what it means to belong to Tralee, and what future we want to create together.

Our Values

TOGETHERNESS

Everything we do comes down to teamwork, building community and collaborations across Tralee and further afield.

TRAILBLAZING

In an era of vast changes, we look to create imaginative and ambitious long-term solutions that empower citizens to take action.

TENACITY

Whether it is natural, built or cultural projects, you will find us working hard and passionately to achieve our goals.

CRAIC

Having fun and being accepted is at the heart of our community and we strive to always create warm and inviting atmospheres.

BELONGING

We recognise and value the interdependence of Tralee’s environment, heritage and diverse communities and work to strengthen our rich biosphere.
