The Tralee Tidy Towns Awards celebrate the work that residents are doing in their own gardens and within their estates and green areas to create a sense of wellbeing for all. In addition, the great efforts made by Businesses and other Tralee organisations to enhance the built environment and keep Tralee looking well. are also acknowledged.

We are partner with a wide variety of organisations, companies and individuals to undertake large-scale litter picks in the Tralee area.

Tralee Tidy Towns and partners, with funding from the Department of Rural and Community Development and Kerry County Council, have revamped the flower beds to enhance the town centre appearance at: Kerry County Council Car Park at Garvey’s Supervalu, Princes St, on approach roads from the N70 and from the old Killarney road and in the town centre in addition to maintaining many other flower beds in Tralee.


Tralee Tidy Towns and partners work to enhance the appearance of the town by painting walls to contribute to the upkeep of the town. The photos show Tralee Tidy Towns volunteers with staff from JRI America and Cara Credit Union on painting duty.

Funded by Creative Ireland, Tralee Tidy Towns was delighted to partner with a host of local artists to enrich the built environment through some beautiful art installations on walls and utility boxes within the town centre.
